We are proud to announce the opening of our new manufacturing and testing facility in the North West of England, just 30 minutes from Manchester Airport. With over 10,000 sq. ft of dedicated testing space, this site gives us the ability to rapidly mobilise, replicate real-world inspection conditions, and deliver even greater value to our customers.

This facility represents a major investment in our mission to push the boundaries of what is possible in pipeline and furnace inspection. Every detail has been designed to give us the tools, space, and flexibility to develop next-generation solutions and improve the integrity of our customers’ assets worldwide.

Our new facility is equipped with everything required to validate, test, and optimise inspection technologies for the most challenging pipelines and furnace systems. Key investments include:

• 2" and above test loops designed specifically for unpiggable pipelines.

• In-Line Inspection pump-through loops that replicate real-world inspection conditions.

• Defect test spools containing cracks, wall loss, and geometry anomalies for high-fidelity validation.

• Bi-directional test loops for advanced pigging trials.

• 1D short-radius bends to replicate extreme operational geometries.

• Multi-diameter testing to prove tool adaptability.

• Multi-material testing capabilities across carbon steel, stainless steel, and more.

• Composite flexible pipeline testing, including HDPE, RTP, and TCP.

• Furnace coil loops with tight back-to-back bends, enabling testing in the most complex furnace geometries.
